If Electricity department erected poles the place other than where estimate passed widout notification,publication etc.Can person who suffered can file criminal complaint against electricity Deptt & ask for compensation.If he has right so under which Act & under which provisions.Kindly reply soon.

First issue notice to elektricity board to remove the pole and to give the damages. If you got proper response then no problem, if no response from the elecktricty board then file a suit for damages or suit for mandtory injunction to remove the pole.
