Dear Concern,
I want to get dicovrce from my husband due to his bad behaviour and abusing nature. He has not ghaving faith on me as I am educated and he is just matric. Lots of time he made me embrace infront of my family, relatevis and friends. Their paprents to do the same. They never discuss anythign infront of me His family always back biting about me into their relatives. We got married in the year 2010 nov 23. He took a rented home for me n I had to pay rent and other maintance for myself. He and his family never take my responsibility because they leaved saperatly from me. after one year I had to move in another rented room and he left for his job at outside of Inida. I was living seprate from him since Nov 2012 to till. When I asked him about divorce then he threaten me that he will get sucide him self or me if I have tried to get seprate from him. My family get pressuired from society and try to resolved it but now I dont want to leave with him. Pls suggest.

This is a kind of crulety. U can file a divorce petition on this ground even u have to mentione about the threatenings to commit suicide by ur husband.

Discuss with a local advocate in detail as to what is his behaviour which seems cruel to you. If ground of cruelty is sufficiently available to you then, file for divorce on the ground of cruelty.

Dear all,
thank you very much about your suggetions. I had hired a advocate and sent a notice to him and his family and now they want to settle this out of court. So please suggest which kind of action I have to take as I dont want any compensation or alimani from him or his family. I just want they will return my all things like jewellary, cash which is given by my parents to him and also I will return their all thing as well. Some friends and relative told that I have to make an afidavet and mention all the things.
Pls advice me. What content IU have to mentioned or any nottry will make it.
