husband saying that he will compromise on the conditions below if wife give us written affidavit:
1. he wants wife to give in written affidavit that wife should break off with her family completely.
2. asking to give him in written that wife never go to police station in future.
3. not but least asking to give him in written from wife that in future if she dies that she will be held responsible and not him and his family.

are these valid conditions?? this shows that there is already second thought coming in husband mind... he is saying this in mahila mandal that he will compromise only on these conditions... please advise what girl should do as these are no valid conditions...

These are not at all condition fit for starting a married life.
One should maintain honour in respective life, making papers conducive for future cases is least needed to carry on a smooth married life.

I do not think any dignified girl should admit these conditions.

No condition out of above can be advised to be accepted by a self respected and dignified woman.

Even if wife writes these conditions condition no. 3 would never be beneficial for the husband and may bring more trouble to husband in future if something adverse happens.

These conditions may be an example of over intelligence of husband.
