Good morning ,sir
There is 3 members in a family.A husband, B wife & C son.Ancestral property gifted fr mother in law to B.Family residing on G.Flr. B construct 2 floors & rent out .My Q is that
1.can 1 floor tr in the name of A by FSD.
2.How can A received rent by way of notice of change of ownership or fresh rent agreement.
3.After FSD can A &B prepare will for C.
4.Can property mutated in name of A in MCD by FSD
5.Can FSD prepare for only one property not for all existing property.
6.Can FSD canceled in future.
7.What is regn chgs for FSD in delhi.
8.What is tax liability for A & B.

How can A received rent
1.By giving notice of change of ownership
2.By fresh rent agreement.
