Medical certificate

Sir,
incidence chronology.
1. Accident while on duty.immediate first aid at pvt. Clinic.18th Feb.
2.next day, cghs ,after a week , referred to cghs authorised hospital, then after one month authorised hospital referred to non-empanelled pvt. Hospital,
3. Now till 8 weeks leave certified by cghs , then authorised hospital and after 2 months pvt. Drs. Certificate endorsed by govt. Hospital as per written guidance by cghs
4.applied spl. Injury leave but office sent case to med.board for disability evaluation in percentage .evaluation on 24th June to 8th July.report despatched on 13th Aug., reached office on 19th Aug. ,given copy to injured employee on 29th Aug.
5.certificate says' patient declared fit to resume duty, no significant neurodeficit, but have accidental injury which lead to fibromyalgia like symptoms which needs symptomatic treatment.'
patient not eligible for disability certificate at present.
6. Now as now percentage shown, no remarks on leave availed prior to evaluation and onwards. My boss verbally telling me to join or it 'll be a unauthorized absence. Med.brd. Office verbally says, u r fit to continue after cure, we have given job fitness i.e. U'll not be permanently incapacitated due to injury and we certified that u need treatment.
7.till 1st Sept. No correspondance from office, leave certificate issued by treating pvt. Dr. For 28th Aug. To 13 th Sept. Submitted to office with endorsement by cghs.
8. Till date no correspondance from office reg. On duty accident claim, reimbursement of bills , nothing in positive or negative .no answer to my letters but only receipt of the same given
9. Pl guide what i have to do, I'm still sick, reports saying mild nerve compression, critical vitamin D3 and B12 deficiency, symptoms like tingling ,numbness in dominant hand , pains when in use , can't sit ,walk ,write for longer period , neeta strict rest. Also applied for disability by my own, board given date of next year for evaluation.
How to avoid any complications .pl guide about appeal , joining,further leave is required ,

For removal of complications you need to visit some local service laws expert along with your documents, so that he may examine and analyse the problem to help you for right course of action. Examination of documents is quite necessary for advice.
