Getting legally married

I am planning to get married with my boyfriend of 3 years. We both are Hindus but we will not get parental consent. We are natives of Kerala but are in Bangalore since 2 years and we want to register our marriage in Bangalore because if we register in Kerala our parents may create problems. Kindly suggest me the procedures and the best way to register our marriage. We want to be legally valid. Please tell me about Arya Samaj Marriage as well.

Sorry Madam !!!! legally you cannot marry your boyfriend of 3 years, just drop the idea just for 18 more years.

Hope both of you satisfy conditions for a valid Hindu Marriage as to age as well as neither party having a spouse living.
The marriage could be solemnized in in accordance with the customary rites and ceremonies of either such as exchanging of garlands, tying of thali etc. This could in any place of choice. Arya Samaj could of help to you.
However, there is an advantage if the marriage is solemnized in Kerala. Registration marriage is compulsory and procedure, simple.

The querist said that she wants to marry her boy friend of 3 years (not 3 years old!). Therefore your suggestion for her to wait for 18 years appears to be misplaced.

When querist post the fact of age of the boy then how the expects should start the job of astrologer?
Querist should come with definite facts.
Anyway, marriage can even be got registered in Banglore if you both fulfil the conditions.
Avail the services of a local lawyer.

THE QUERIST DID NOT POST THE AGE OF THE BOY. RATHER THE QUERIST ONLY SAID THAT BOYFRIEND OF 3 YEARS. THIS MEANS THAT THE FRIENDSHIP IS 3 YEARS OLD AND NOT THE AGE OF THE BOYFRIEND IS 3 YEARS.

Get marry in Arya Samaj mandir and register in Banglore itself through local lawyer or yourself, procedure is given in Section 8 of The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (available on net)
