Share in father's property

Regarding my share in father's property, there is a case running in the supreme court. Case number is 1387 (Civil appeal). The case was in the lower court then gone to high court and now it is in the supreme court. I just want to settle the case as soon as possible and get my share. Please give your valuable suggestion.

your lawyer is your best guide . without going through the case papers we cannot advise you how to settle the case

Supreme court hear the cases as per its procedure and rules laid down.

Regarding case your advocate is the best to advise at this stage as he is well aware of case file.

our fathers brothers r 7 members.6th & 7 th brother kept this case in supreme court.our lawer is for 4 brothers ,he is not so much responsive......

if brothers are not interested in settlement then you have to wait for court verdict on merits
