Hi Expert
My wife filled DV case and 498A case against me and my parents she left the house 6 month back and filled a case in her home town which 600 km away from matrimonial house , she made a medical certificate from nursing home in her home town the date of medical certicate is 4-days after she left the home.
I really Don't know how she got injure and how one doctor make that kind of certificate, I would like to know how to prove this in the court that, the injury which she got is not done by me.
please suggest

corss examination of doctor would be necessary . as to nature of injuries , when these injuries in doctor opinion were inflicted etc .

Doctor and your wife need to be cross examined by an experienced layer as cross examination is an art which can change the total case.

Such evidence procured at belated stage is a weak piece of evidence against you. There may be many possibilities of injury after 4 days of leaving your house and thus cannot be fastened upon you.
