Can i file a criminal complaint in jmfc u/s 200 of cr.p.c.?

one of the teacher working in private govt. aided school is illegally working as an Executive Manager of the Management Trust. He is falsely shown present in the school although he was present in the Tribal Development Department Mumbai for hearing on the same day. it is important to note that the distance from Mumbai to his working place is about 2000 kms. Can i file criminal complaint against him u/s 406 and 468 of IPC?

u r teacher in trust school, and u demand the dismissal of the trustees.
Now u want to complain against ur colleague.
So it seems u r not happy with ur employer.
QUIT THEM, BEFORE THEY QUIT U.
