dear sir my area declared as slum and under redevelopment process almost 2 yars passed but developer had paid 11 months rent for transit accomodation and further stoped to pay i m in very much trouble i asked society but not ready to reply agreement was done with my mother and she is no more today what to do kindly help me out

who are legal heirs to your mother . approach society to transfer room in your name if there are no other legal heirs

Get the title of room be transferred in the names of legal heirs first and claim later accordingly.
