We make the 498 A case on my sisters husband, father in law, mother in law, her husbands sister and brother in 2010. And now in the final judgement all are found guilty in this case and they got the 6 months jail and Rs.25000 as a compensation.

They got the bail on same day, they are going in session court or high court. we want the justice till end. what is our role now what can we do please suggest me.

can we got more compensation?
can we make any action in session court or high court for their appeal?

you have right to file your objection on appeal through PP or yourself with the help of lawyer.

I think the sentence of punishment itself is a good judgment, why do you want to follow it up so vigorously
