Disconnecting water supply

Respected experts,

There is a dispute with respect to maintenance between the builder and flat owner.

The builder is threatening with disconnection of water supply.

Under which section can we approach the police and file a criminal complaint ?

water supply cannot be discontinued if you fail to pay maintenance bills . builder has to file recovery proceedings . you can file police complaint against builder

yes you can not be disconnected. However if you apprehend such action you can always file suit for injunction.

You are not supposed to mention the section under which you move complaint to the police. Write a simple application is short.
