NOT NECESSARY TO FILE VC AT THE TIME OF FILING PARTITION SUIT.TO GRANT STAY IS THE DISCRETION OF COURT.

Actually the petition has been admitted on merits and it came to hearing day before yesterday,THAT TIME ONLY THE JUDGE ASKED THE VALUEVATION CERFICATE from a certified valuer,of the property in dispute and posted the case today.

VC IS NEEDED TO KNOW THAT SUIT PROPERTY IS PROPERLY VALUED AS PER PRESENT MARKET RATE AND ACCORDINGLY REQUIRED COURT FEE HAS BEEN PAID ON SUIT.

Well advised by the experts, valuation is needed for knowing valuation of the suit property.
