Who are you to the company?
It is strange to note a listed entity is unaware of regulations.
A listed company is expected to inform in advance to exchanges where it is listed that it's that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed between period of 15 days (mention dates both days inclusive)for all the designated Employees and Directors of the Company.
