I am from Maharashtra Aurangabad Region formerly Nizam State.
My Question Is
Our grandmother was widow. In 1960 a person apply for tenant Under Hyderabad tenancy and agriculture act 1950, and tahsildar declare "person" tenant .
tenant act is applicable on widow's land?
which base we approach in Writ Petition to the High court for Return land. she's heirs
1.tenant sold land without prior permission of DM?
2. that land use Non agriculture purpose?
3.When the widow is not a source which caused the widow's title was stripped from him.
or any other please suggest

Tenant cannot sell, it is illegal.

You have not posted details in your query. With the given contents it is not known that whether your grandmother was a widow during 1960, if not how she gave the tenancy during that time? Consult a local lawyer with all the papers and seek his advise on the subject.
