Promissory note

Dear Friends,

I need to make a promissory note to be executed in Delhi. can nayone please advise me whether the same can be made on plain paper or it has to be on a stamp paper and what is the value of stamp paper.

Plaint paper is equally valid but do affix Revenue Stamp on it.

purchase printed forms from market and affix revenue stamps.

It can be made / typed on plain paper. Better purchase printed form, fill the blanks and get it executed after affixing revenue stamp.
