How to get chs registration number

Hi,
we bought flat in Miraroad Thane 2years back. we got the OC and moved to flats. as per builder he registered CHS and got the certificate from registrar but delaying in handover to AD-hoc committee, asking for 15 lacks for settlement and not issueing NOC for loan transfer.
1.-my question is if sociaty registered how to get registration number?
2- can adhoc committee issue NOC once recived registration number as builder is not cooperative?

To apply for registration number from registrar under R.T.I. Act, or apply for certified copy. You file for transfer of Flat consumer court. 2 question now can not answer. contact: GLOBAL LEGAL SERVICES, globallegalservicesindia@gmail.com

Visit the concerned registrar office, make a search for the same and on the basis of society/association committee members, apply for a certified copy and after obtaining the same, for the association accordingly. Your Builder cannot demand money illegally, please verify if the dues to him have been settled or not if not arrange to settle the same and get the original documents from him without involving legal issues or if his demands are found to be illegal, form a committee with the help of few members and issue a legal notice and initiate proper legal action against the builder for his illegal demands, contact a lawyer in the local and proceed as per his advise.
