Departmental action and police action seperetely

(Querist) 09 June 2014 This query is : Resolved
A highcourt employee threatening to enchroch my land by using influence and power of a highly posted High Court official. I approch the police but no action taken. Then I sent a complain to registrar for departmental action for misusing of highly posted official's name and influence but regisrar has rejected the complain that you have already approch the police in this matter. Is it right? Can the application for departmental action be rejeted only on the basis that I have already approacha the police. If there are some rulings regarding this in your mind please suggest.

Do not worry.
Do file a writ petition in high court against police inaction and alleging the role of the registrar.
All pieces will fall in right places thereafter.

By the way what is his status whether registrar is appointing authority.
