Quashing of 125 crpc proceeding with 482 crpc

SIR,
MY WIFE HAS FILED 125 CRPC MAINTENANCE CASE AGAINST ME . WITH THE BLAME OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, DESERTION ETC.
I HAVE ALL THE WRITTEN PROOF THAT NEITHER I HAVE DESERTED HER BUT SHE HAS DESERTED ME. AND POLICE HAS ALSO FILED THE FINAL REPORT IN THE FIR SHE FILED. CAN I FILE THE 482 PETITION FOR QUASHING THE PROCEEDING OF COMPLAINT CASE IN HIGH COURT OR NOT.

n stead of filing quashing case your rather contest the DV case t ensure that she does not receive any interim relief.

When onwards the police are registering FIR for 125 Cr.P.C and DV case? As properly advised by experts, don't waste time, money and energy on quashing the cases before high court, you can very well contest the same on merits before the trial court itself.
