Sr admin executive

Respected Sirs,

I have received a job offer as Sr Admin Executive in legal dept of a Oil and gas co.I am presently doing law. I have also worked in purchase dept. I am now 41 years

My queries

1)Will my experience be counted if i later want to join legal dept of bank / pharma / insurance / real estate firm.

2)After completing law should i ask them to take me as a legal assistant.

3) Will my age become a problem for me in securing job in good companies in legal field and how is the growth for legal field in corporates.

4) Should i accept this offer or continue in purchase field.

1) Experience after qualification matters much. However depends on criterial fixed by the concerned organisations.

2) Depends upon the vacancy and the terms and conditions of recruitment rules of the organisations.

3) Exept in Government organisations, you can be benefited some private organisations.

4) Depends solely upon your own passion and interest.
