Changing of result status

Dear sir,

my query is regarding Result once decleared "PASS" by Nagpur University and within a week it changed as "Fail" stating that there is bonafide mistake can it possible even though there is bonafide mistake of administraton.
can student eligible to put writ/PIL in tht interest of number of student.

is there any provision to get relief in consumer court.

The student has no ground as such in wrong declaration and correction unless he can prove the loss by acting upon such first declaration during the iterim period.
