Hello sir
Iam living in matrimonial house from last 3yrs....My husband filed divorce case on the ground of cruelty in2012..from last 8month he is living in rent on same city....IS THIS IS SEPARATION?????? IT WILL BE GROUND OF DIVORCE PLS TELL ME......

HE ALREADY FILE DIVORCE CASE IN 2012
NOW IT IS IMMATERIAL; HE LIVE SEPARATELY FOR 8 MONTHS OR NOT.
SEPARATION IS NOT FROM PLACE OF RESIDENCE OR SHARING SAME ROOF; IT IS BEHAVIOUR OF ETC OF PERSON;; NO CONG RELATIONSHIP &

LEGAL SEP FOR DIVORCE MUST BE BEFORE 2 YEARS OF FILING DIV PETITION, NOT AFTERWARDS..

SEPARATION MUST HAVE COMPLETED 2 YEARS ON OR BEFORE FILING DIVORCE..
IT DO NOT AFFECT YOUR CASE FILED IN 2012
