What is the nature of the questions put by the opponent's advocate? Has he disputed the contents?
Adv M.D.Azhar (Querist) 18 October 2014
he asked the question to opponent that, do you know the name of the signatory and his signature so he replied in affirmation and he identified the signature too.
N.K.Assumi (Expert) 18 October 2014
The authors of the documents have to be examined in the court to identify his/her signature in those documents. The only way is to pray to the court to summon the authors of those documents.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 19 October 2014
If you have to prove your document, you may have to rope in the author/scribe of the document to establish its authenticity, hence take advise from some senior advocates on the subject issue to proceed further and then continue with the case.
