sir i am a resident in a rented room in kolkata from last 30 year above. the rent bill was namally of my grand father.but my grandfather and father and mother also death in harness. this time i and my little sister leving in tented room.after death of my grandfather the landlord not giving rent bill but they take the room rent.that situation i deposit room rent in kolkata munciple rent control.the landlord force me that vacate the room and threating me regulerly.some official work i go to out of station last 3 month after i come they not entered in room . i was very harrash what should i do i dont understand . please help me
any legal advice for me

You can file a suit for injunction against the landlord as not to evict without following the due procedure of law.

Move to court for relief against the landlord. Consult local lawyer.

1. Your query is not clear,
2. Could you finally enter in to your said room?
3. If yes, lodge a police complaint against the act of the land lord,
4. File an application before the Court for direction restraining the landlord to enter into your premises or cause any hindrance to you in entering your room,
5. You can not be evicted without due process of law.

Ys, suit fir declaration of tenancy and for injunction should be filed asap.
