Final divorce hearing

(Querist) 14 December 2014 This query is : Resolved
I have gone through hell these past 2.5 years. After marriage 498A, settlement etc and paying 20 lacs already in a 25 lac settlement I am now at the final hearing. All 498A cases quashed at high court. Lawyer had a word with Judge and judge insisted on my presence on final hearing.

Can the girl do any foul play?
M.Sheik Mohammed Ali (Expert) 14 December 2014

Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 14 December 2014
If your wife is ready for quashing then she should not. Else even God do not know what is there in her mind.
ragz hyder (Querist) 14 December 2014
Mr Sheik I dont know what you are saying. If you dont have anything constructive to add dont comment or give bad messages to sufferers.

Mr.Barman
Quash has been completed. Initial divorce hearing completed and agreed upon. Completed 6 month waiting period. Now final hearing. 498A has been quashed already.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 14 December 2014
In final hearing the wife or husband can retract from initial consent for divorce and in that even divorce would not granted.
ajay sethi (Expert) 15 December 2014
wife can with draw her consent or refuse to attend court at time of second motion . presence of both parties is necessary at time of second motion .
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 15 December 2014
No hope of any foul play. Agree with the expert ajay sethi.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 16 December 2014
If you had that doubt earlier itself, you could have withheld payment of agreed amount till the final hearing, however, she may come to the court for collecting the balance amount so be hopeful.

Agreed with all experts including expert Mr.Sheik Md.Ali. The author should not reprimand the expert in such a language. In fact his reply is the summary of opinions of all other experts. When you are seeking free advice, you should be polite and do not try to command over the experts whose opinion you could not understand.
