Dispute in building

(Querist) 15 March 2015 This query is : Resolved
Respected Members,
I live in a building which has not yet received a completion certificate. Because of building issues my parents had arguments with other building members. Without any genuine reason there is a couple who are creating nuisance and talking in very intolerable method. This happened repeatedly thrice. My parents are aged above 50.
What legal action can be taken against such people.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 15 March 2015
lodge police complaint against them.

Mam,

No proof is required to lodge a police complaint, just make a complaint of intimidation and nuisance with your family ....
