Cancellation of poa

(Querist) 29 April 2015 This query is : Resolved 
I HAVE GIVEN POA TO DEAL AND SELL A PIECE OF LAND BELONGING TO ME ABOUT 2 YEARS BACK. NOTHING HAS TRANSPIRED IN THE LAST 2 YEARS WRT THE DISPOSAL. CAN I NOW REVOKE THE POA GIVEN

Why not? It is your property, you can revoke the POA, if no financial transaction is involved between you and the POA holder in conderation of which you would have given the POA to him.

you can revoke POA if you so desire. i presume it is not coupled with consideration
