There is no compulsion to appoint an Advocate. Any party can present his case in a court of law.
rajan chopra (Querist) 25 July 2015
Sir in a criminal complaint too a complainant can represent himself?
dev kapoor (Expert) 25 July 2015
Hi Rajan,
There is no bar even in cr case but one should be abreast with procedural laws so that he may not be compelled to appoint adv in the middle of proceedings when left hay way.Take care.
