Debit card fraud.

My debit card has been misused after knowing the details via fraud call.
I have number of the person,
As per legal action is being concerned i have lodged FIR against that person.

My question is that bank is not helping me in tracing out the POS transaction details.

Please help me out how can I deal with bank to get reimbursement for the loss.

Why did you give the card details to any body over phone- whether it is genuine call or fraud call?

Having divulged the vital information, you are responsible for the consequences.

You say that your debit card has been misued. How did you come to know about it? Once you have this information, what more do you want from the bank?

Having committed the mistake, you cannot get any reimbursement from the bank. The loss is your own making.
