Sub: Inaction on the part of Police Station ----to lodge FIR.
Sir,
The applicant is,.....aon of .resident of..prays that he had made an enclosed complaint to SHO Police Station ......District....on dated...personally and had also apprised him all the facts in person but despite of the expiry of -days and despite of repeated visits no any action has been taken to lodge FIR whereas the acused persons are openly threatening me and and there is a danger of life and property of the applicants..
It is therefore prayed to kindly direct the SHO PS .to lodge FIR in the matter of enclosed complaint and take action against te accused persons in the interest of law.
