Hi,
I have already done a court marriage in Mumbai. Now I want to re register it in mangalore . please suggest me is this possible and what are the rules for hindu marriage act.

There is no provision of Court Marriage in India, registered marriage publicly called as Court Marriage. No need to second time registration.

There is some conceptual problem with you. You have made a civil marriage and registered at Mumbai. It would be a valid marriage.
Why you want to register again? There is not such requirement at all.

Court Marriage is also a part of the Special Marriages Act 1954,hence re registration is not necessary.Whether U belong to same caste,community or creed or either of U is a foreigner,it is valid anywhere.
