Running beauty parlour in my house provided by BDA

(Querist) 12 December 2015 This query is : Resolved
I am running a beauty parlour at my house which is on main road provided to us from bhel but as bhel has asked BDA to make homes for us the agreement is between us and BDA which says u can't do commercial activity there. So BDA has filed a case against me and said that they will cancel our lease and I have to wacent the house if I don't close the parlour.so please assist what to do on grounds of unemployment or saying it as service industry or should I complain in mahina aayog for it.
ROHIT SHARMA (Expert) 12 December 2015
1. Your husband must be working with B.H.E.L. and as such such house must have been leased out to him by B.D.A.
2. Since you are unemployed and have such personally cultivated skill then you can do so but remove any advertisement name poster if put on such premises. You should not give any money receipts. But if faced with such dire consequences of cancelling the lease then shift your parlor to some commercial building.

Shift your parlor to commercial building.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 22 December 2015
As suggested by experts, you should not risk your house property just because of running a commercial establishment in it. You can do this beauty parlor business elsewhere too.
