Dear Sir/Mam,
Good morning.
Recently I am facing a problem wherein my tenant is not vacating my house. He is staying in my house since 2-3 years. Now he is refusing to vacate. And we have not made any agreement for that. Kindly guide me of how to proceed in this case.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Sivaram

Is he paying rent in time? What are your grounds of getting it vacated? Have you ever issued receipt of rent paid by him?
Try to have amicable settlement?
If not possible send legal notice and file case for vacating? Court case may take 3-5 years.

You can file suit for eviction of tenant for which no tenancy agreement is required.

Thank you for your response Sir.
Actually my tenant is paying rent on time every month. But he is creating new-sense to neighbours. So our neighbours are complaining us about this. If someone's puppy is barking, my tenant complains about that. If some construction work is going on, my tenant says it disturbs him. So other neighbours are fed up with him & complaining us.

Rent receipts are not issued but we have bank statement for this.

Send a legal notice to the tenant mentioning all the facts and faults.. tell him to vacate the premises in certain days period.. if he fails to agree file a complaint.

Send legal notice for eviction of the house.
