we are customs clearing agents operating from nhava sheva.

we need to take your consultation regarding advance licence. our exporter is exporting, under advance authorisation, breaches of woven knitted fabric (J-252), against which (1) pc. 2.12 sq. meter of relevent fabric is allowed.

what our shipper is exporting is consuming much less than 2.12 sq. meter of fabric per riding breach. what should our exporter do? should he continue to export or else??
