Forged UPC filled by Opponent

Resected experts....
One of my opponent had filled a back dated forged documents in court regarding notice of a meeting shown to be issued to me and he also filled a receipt of Post of India "Under Certificate Of Posting " ( UPC ) ...please anyone know the exact that from which Indian Government discontinued UPC ( Under Certificate Of Posting ) ....

it is better to consult the post office to know the exact date since when UPC was stopped, i guess it is stopped around 03 years back

You can seek the information from any post office in India, UPC services have been discontinued few year back.

It was discontinued from Feb, 2011.
Refer govt. gazette notification :
Gazette Notification No. 58(E) dated 31.1.2011 deleting rule 195 of the Indian Post Office Rules, 1933 regarding 'Certificate of Posting'
Directorate vide memo No. 2-4/2008-PO dated 23/2/2011 has issued orders for discontinuation of "Certificate of Posting" with immediate effect.
