whether a family member in a joint property can object the other member to enter and work for the betterment of the family and property by filing fake criminal cases

1. A Joint-Property Owner CANNOT be restricted or restrained from entering the property for doing any legitimate activities.

2. ONLY the Court of Law, has the authority to determine the Truth or Falsity of the Criminal Cases.
