I have cancelled mutual concent divorce in family court. I m govt employee and my husband is a businessman I m earning 4.5 lacs per annum and my husband 18.00 lacs per annum my son residing with me. Can I filled petition for Maintanance for my self.

Since you are Govt employee and earning/getting handsome amount so you are not entitled to get maintenance.

u can file maintenance petition in court for ur son only.

You may not become eligible for maintenance since you are employed and drawing handsome salary, however you can file a case seeking maintenance for your child.
