Good afternoon, Sukhdeep makkar here, I have 4 cases of 138 against me, as I result I defaulted because of recession of business values and further commitments made to me which also failed which resulted in default of payment....my hearing is on the 8th of July, and mental torture towards my parents and family is being carried upon and I have paid these people earlier on time but now fail to do so as no cash in hand.. Payment value is 65 lacs and I wish to surrender by this Monday before the date, please help me or suggest me with a few inputs and what I can do. As I can't see my parents being tortured anymore... If it is start of the case than search a good advocate and contest the case properly and you can surely come out of it.
If the cases are already decided and you have to finally surrender still you can apply for suspension of sentence and can file revision to the higher court which will continue the stay.
you will easily get enough time to solve the problems.
There are many opportunities to win cheque cases only very few to loose.

Good afternoon , if I want to surrender before the due date of 8th of July as we are going through a recession phase of life, advocate advices to pay, I don't mind fact g the prosecution charges, in front of whom henceforth I can surrender...

Appear in the same court which issued the warrant. It is very easy task and you would easily get bail. Nothing to worry at all.

Good afternoon, there was a small query which I Wanted to put across, one was, what is the minimum and maximum sentence of punishment if I don't seek for bail as of now the summons have been accepted by me and no warrants are issued, but if I willingly accept the punishment then what would be the maximum, and if I do will the cash charges be waived of or not
