Once u compromise with the party there will be no charges framed by court.

There will a battery of persons who will advise you that never compromise etc.

If you are getting riddance of the case then go for it. You can enter a written compromise and on the basis of the same file for quashing of FIR.

Closure of this case is beyond powers of trial court as it is non-compoundable.

If it has come to our knowledge that the query is repeated and even then we are attending it and in the next thread, we again intimate the author that the query is repeated, is very strange attitude on the part of experts which requires review.
