I'm a tenant renting a shoproom. In 2007,landlady made agreement with a promoter for development of the property. All the tenants were offered option for outright purchase at cost price, which we accepted. But after prolonged delay, landlady has revoked the power of attorney given to promoter. Now landlady wants us to complete remaining jobs out of our unpaid contribution and she wants to register our portions to us bypassing promoter. As per joint venture agreement, all existing tenants are within landlady'd allocation. Can the promoter get an injunction from court against these registrations - either for those within landlady's allocation or for those within promoter's allocation/

As against your question, "Can the promoter get an injunction from court against these registrations" nothing can be predicted without going through the power of attorney with the promoter, revocation deed of POA and the agreement entered in to with the tenants.
So, for appropriate solution, get these documents examined from some property laws expert.

It must be a JV.
Your portion lies within the landlady's share, if that be so, the promoter can not get injunction for your portion.
However as rightly said by Mr.Dhingra more opinion can be given only after seeing the documents.

All related documents need to be referred, discuss in detail with your lawyer.

You may show POA, revocation,JV agreement and any other related document to a very able local counsel specializing in such /property matters.
The landlady might have not asked you verbally and and can provide you with every related document.
