My father expired on 13th Jan 2017.. he was working in DRDO ... The dependent members on my father was my mom and younger brother who will complete his b tech this August. I am employed and my sister is married. Plz suggest in our case is job for my brother on compensation ground possible ?... Plz suggest...Need your valuable suggesstion.

The best of sympathy with you family will not compel me to give a wrong advise to lead you to litigation expenses out of badly depleted resources. Prima-facie the compassionate job is not enforceable right. It is a Govt Bank which follows Govt guidelines. In your case the bank does not at all seems to be working ruthlessly. Compassionate jobs are given only out of 5% of Class III&IV posts (in direct recruitment quota) and comparative merit of the applicants is assessed. Remember reservation beyond 50% is not allowed as per Supreme Court guidelines. The Govt sector jobs are already reserved to the extent of 50% (15 SC+ 27 OBC + 7 ST). Therefore even that 5% is to be taken from the proportionately by vertical reservation from the respective share of Sc/ST/OBC/gen category posts depending upon the category of the applicant. That being the case the share if gen candidate is 5% of 50% = 2.5% out of total Class III&IV posts (in direct recruitment quota) , and OBC it is 5% of 27% = 1.25% out of total Class III&IV posts (in direct recruitment quota) , for SC 5% of 15% = .75% out of total Class III&IV posts (in direct recruitment quota) , and for ST it will be 5% of 7.5% = 38% out of total Class III&IV posts. No job can be offered beyond that limit even if the applicants are large number. The sots reserved for Handicapped, ex-servicemen and sports persons are also allocated in the same manner to ensure that horizontal reservation does not exceed 50%. So comparative merit is drawn based on the indignant condition of each family.
Fruther while applying for compassionate job you cannot expect the job to suit your qualification or field. It could be any Govt job of Gp-C&D, the designation of which may even be derogatory to you.

The Above Advise of Expert Mr.Kumar Doab should be Applicable to Both Querist and Experts also.Just posting some Real /Fake Name should not justify them as Not An Anonymous.A detailed Profile/Disclosure should be mandatory

Many Innocent Querist who doesn't want to disclose their Identity due to some reasons should not be ignored/Insulted when they Post as Anonymous.Those who do not want to reply or do not have a reply should not Insult them as anonymous.Posting as anonymous is far better than being Fake with No Profile.

Let us respect everyone's liberty.
Many experts have been and are rendering FREE service at LCI.
There is NO FEE that they expect or charge.
You have clarified it many times in many threads in many year, you have been associated with LCI.
I have clarified it many times in many threads in many year, I have been associated with LCI.
NO expert is owner/administrator/governor/or a kind of Head master ..............including you and me.
Hence you are right and so would anyone else shall be that NO expert, including you and me, has any right to impose/press for anything from anyone.
When a thread is initiated, all experts at their free will as suitable and liked can post their views.
Diverse views lead to enriching discussions that have been happening at LCI.
Many experts don't post if query is initiated by an anonymous author, it is their choice.
They are liberty to exercise their choice.
That is why it was suggested that author shall get responses from even those many experts that do not respond.
It does not limit the choice of author to choose button provided by LCI.
It does not force LCI to succumb to author or anyone.
Neither you nor I can impress upon them to agree or disagree.
Many experts from various locations and fields have been enriching LCI with their contributions and helping authors/querists.
The posts at LCI are not to overawe, subdue or repel anyone.
That is the way it has been and it is going to be.
Let discussion at LCI be illustrated and enriching and meaningful.
