I'm terminated from past compaby and I joined to another company after 3months my BGV -Background verification Comes negative what will be do in this case from HR of new company and if I continue my work r not. Pls suggest me in good words I'm awaiting your revert thanks to all.

With your negative BGV, you cannot do anything with the HR of new company. Continue or not at work that all depends upon the mercy of the new company, whether to keep on roll or not.

What is negative in BGV?
Have you seen the report and do you have the copy of BGV?
If current employer wants to retain you despite negative BGV, then what is the issue?

What is stated in offer/appointment letter issued by current employer about BGV?
Did you conceal anything/or posted some false information in your resume/employment application that is revealed in BGV?
Why were you terminated by past employer?

What is this establishment; Commercial, Industrial?
What is its nature of business say; IT, ITeS?
How many persons are employed in it?
What is your designation and nature of duties?
How many persons report to you?
Do you have any power to sanction leave/increment/appoint/terminate/appraise etc etc ?
You are in which state?
Since how many months you are working?
Do standing orders (model/certified) apply to establishment and your designation?
Was ever any stinker, memo, show cause notice on any misconduct issued to you?
Are you a member of employee’s/trade unions?

Thanks to all, I'm terminated from past organisation and I joined to another organisation 3months completed in BGV negative states that terminated from job. Due to not followed process. If any other changes to work in present organisation.

The current employer can still keep you in employment despite said comments in BGV, by its sweet will/discretion/decision.

What exactly do you man from: If any other changes to work in present organisation?

Termination can be contested.
The termination order is being quoted and you are losing employment/employ ability...
So you should contest termination (on valid grounds) or how many more employments/jobs you can continue to lose!
If the termination order is termination simpliciter and NO stinker/memo/SCN was ever issued, or inquiry conducted then BGV may give you a reason to agitate on stigmatic termination.............
