Property transfer from proprietorship to society

Property was purchased in the name of firm with the name of proprietor and his pan no. Later the constitution of the firm changed to society.Who is the owner of the property Individual or the society?

Refer the matter to legal cell of the establishment or counsel/law firm engaged by establishment.

Sale deed, society constitution documents need to be referred, dscuss in detail with your lawyer.

1. Proprietor'tory immovable property CANNOT be changed to Society, under any circumstances, except via a Donation deed or a Sale deed.
