The Principal of POA (a person who gave the power to some one to act on his behalf) cancel the POA. if in any case the Principal of POA is expired then that POA is not valid.

Now there are some rules to be followed that the Power of attorney holder should prove/confirm that the person who had executed the Power of attorney is alive at the time of Power of attorney executing any transaction. If you could specifically mention your doubt it could be clarified. Any Power of attorney would be valid until and unless any time limit is mentioned in it subject to the Executor is alive please.

Any one who do not wish to post the reply could Ignore the Query rather than insulting the Querist as Anonymous Or Academic Query

Atleast now Mr.Rajendra K Goyal had atleast moved one step asking for details than posting the query as 'academic " and " anonymous"and it would be more appreciated if he comes out with his own details instead of remaining anonymous please.
