TRUST REGISTERED UNDER SOCITIES ACT 1860 AND BPT ACT 1950 PURCASED LAND OF 78 ACRES IN THE NAME OF THE TRUST BY PAYMENT THROUGH THEIR PERSONEL ACCOUNTS BY THE WAY OF REGISTERED SALE DEED.
LATER IT IS FOUND THAT THERE IS A CLARICAL MISTAKE WITH CLARICAL MISTAKE BY WAY OF RAGISTERED SALE DEED THOUGH TRUSTY WANT TO BUY ONLY 50 ACRES BY THE NAME OF TRUST. AFTER SIX MONTHS THEY MADE THE CORRECTION IN SALE DEED BY WAY OF REGISTRY IN WHICH 50 ACRE LAND WAS IN THE NAME OF THE TRUST AND REMAINING LAND IN THE NAME OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE TRUST BUT BEFORE EXECUTION OF CORRECTION DEED CHANGE REPORT OF 78 ACRES WAS FILED BEFORE HON'BLE ACC. NOW ANOTHER CHANGE REPORT OF 50 ACRES ALSO FILED AND PRAYED TO CHARITY COMISSIONER TO CLOSE THE CR OF 78 ACRES OF LAND AND ALLOW THE CR OF 50 ACRES OF LAND BY THE NAME OF THE TRUST .WHICH CR MAY ACCEPTED? WHY ? IN ORDER TO ACCEPTANCE OF LATER CR ANY EXPERT HAVING CYTATION ,PLEASE GIVE ME THE DETAILS.

There cannot be such a big mistake of area. If price of 78 acres is paid by the trust,how it could be reduced to 50? and what about the money paid for 28 acres?Why land should remain in the name of the president of the trust? However boundry narrated in the sale deed is of 50 acres and yet the area was written with mistake,you can seek correction in pt entry.Even in that case the remaining land would remain with the seller.However if you want to say that the president paid the whole amount for 78 acres on behalf of trust and he wants to keep 28 acres with him,may be all right.in that case all the facts need tobe disclosed before Dy.cc.

Actually president and other trustees paid the whole amount of land on the behalf of trust. original Sale deed shows that property belongs to trust. correction in sale deed which is made after 3 to 4 months shows that 50 acres belongs to trust and remaining 28 acres belongs to president. 7-12 also shows that 50 acres belongs to trust and 28 acres belongs to president.But Dycc opinions that 78 acres belongs to trust and he is going to allowed c.R. of 78 acres . what to do in order to change the opinion of learned Dycc.
