Can i start bricks manf on Agricultural land in gujarat

Gd Mrg Sirs..R/d sirs My query is my client want to start new business of Bricks manufacturing on aggriculture land sited in small village.That Land is taken on Rent basis from one Farmer to start business.

Q1.Is it possible ? If yes,What is first step to start ?

Q2.Which type of govt deptt sanction require?

take the licence from the local administration(panchayath/municipality). For this you may have to obtain no objection letter from near by residents(different states have different rules)

if the bricks is made out of soil,then permission from geology dept of the state.

if cement bricks,normally,a local license from panchayath will suffice.
