Respected sir
I always wanted to stay with her but she never even now i tried to talk with her parents. but she refused to talk with.
she always misused words for me and for my family.despite that she never allow me to see the child how she can do that.
can i ask the court to give me written permission to see the child.

Yes you can do so by filing a suit for custody of the child under Guardian and Wards Act for u0s 6 of the HMA if any matrimonial proceeding is pending under the Act.
