what should one do after getting the sale certificate from the authorised officer for an immovable property to transfer the property to himself?

Sale certificate itself is the instrument of transfer. No further documentation is required.

Sale certificate is a right document and no further formalities needed.

You have become the owner of the property on the issue of the sale certificate by the Bank and the same is registered with the Sub Registrar's office. This is the document proving your ownership to the property. You don't need any other document.

The property already stands transferred. U may now proceed to Mutate your name with the local authorities.
