can i practice as an advocate in the court during my CS course. if i can then what will be the effect on my practice experience. i shall be thankful to you sir/Madam

Dear Anonymous, From your query many things are not clear. (i) If you have cleared your LL.B. prior to the academic year 2009-2010 and already enrolled as an Advocate, you can very well practice as an Advocate. (ii) You can also pursue your CS Course. In the CS Intermediate Course you can get exemption for General Laws paper.

You can practice as an advocate and also you can study CS course or any other course also. I am also currently pursuing CS course.
