Law dealing with Fake Lawyer

I have identified a person, who is not registered with Bar Council and I have received a letter from the bar council that his name is NOT TRACEABLE in the list.
This person has a criminal record and has cases against him under 138, 420, 468, 471 and 472 and is on bail now. He is practicing as a lawyer since 2 years in Bombay Highcourt and Pune court and is reputed Criminal Lawyer. His emaculate command over English has hypnotised even prominant Public Prosecutors.
He was introduced as a LAWYER by his own father who is registered as a LAWYER.
I feel he is a cheating the entire judiciary and hence the judiciary itself should be the complainant. I want to know the exact rule/law/procedure to prosecute him.

You may take the matter to the notice of the Bar Council of Maharashtra, Chief Justice of Bombay HC and the Registrar General with as much information as possible about him (with gathered papers/documents) and request the above authorities to take all steps to alert the Judicial officers. If possible circulate his photograph to the above authorities as an additional information. Unless his name and photo are familiar among the lawyers and judges, he would go on "practising". This kind of people bring bad name to the lawyer community.

Ask him to witness a affidavit, he will sign with his enrollment number. Check the enrollment Number. If it is wrong, inform the BCI. Dont give publicity before confirming any thing.

I have sent a file of 40 pages mentioning 22 cases of Bombay highcourt where he has appeared as a LAWYER, cases against him, his brother and father, letter of BC etc to
Hon'able The Chief Justice of Bombay high court, Hon'able The Principal Justice or Pune, Commissioner of Pune, SP of Pune Rural, Secretary of Law Dept of Govt of Maharashtra and India. After 11 days, he is still practising. The Advicates Act and the Constitution of BC does not have a single line about powers to curb such practices. Today, this person will be examining the IO in a very sensational murder case of Pune. So I am going to the Public Prosecutor and handing over the file to him. I feel this is the case of PERJURY and so The Judiaciary should be complainant. Kindly advise.

The Secretary - Law Dept, govt of Maharashtra

The Public Prosecutor has assured that he will arrange thorough investigation and file a case at Bombay highcourt under PERJURY.He will obtain an AFFIDAVIT from this person and then will proceed.
